Figure skating freestyle sessions allow skaters to practice routines and improve skills in a supportive environment. Participants can focus on jumps, spins, and footwork, refining techniques and expressing creativity. The vibrant atmosphere fosters community among skaters of all levels. These sessions are essential for developing artistry and athleticism while enjoying the thrill of skating.

Maximize your ice time with our new Freestyle Monthly Unlimited Membership, launching May 1st. Access all freestyle sessions for the month — no passes or per-session fees. Only $450/month – Must be purchased at the front desk (in person) by the 3rd of each month
In addition to freestyle sessions, skaters have the option to engage in private or semi-private lessons. Skaters are encouraged to contact our staff coaches directly to arrange these lessons.
For hockey enthusiasts, private lessons are available, allowing one skater to work closely with a coach. However, please note that hockey gear, including helmets, sticks, and pucks, are not allowed during these lessons.
Guest coaches are welcome during freestyle sessions but must first inform the Figure Skating Director or general manager for permission. Please email the intended days, times, and estimated number of students, along with proof of insurance and USFS Compliance, before arrival. Approval will be emailed and is valid until July 1st of the following year. Upon arrival, guest coaches must sign the Visiting Coaches Agreement and notify the Figure Skating Director or Skating Edge each time they plan to visit.

This off-ice session focuses on building strength with dynamic exercises and teaching proper stretching techniques to help skaters become stronger, more flexible, and well-rounded athletes.
Whether you’re skater is already enrolled in Learn to Skate or just wants to join the class on its own, this is a great way to improve your skating skills safely and effectively. Comfortable athletic wear recommended

Our Figure Skating Stroking Class iand is perfect for skaters looking to improve their edge control, turns, crosscuts, and overall skating technique. This 30-minute session focuses on drills that help you develop smooth, powerful strokes and better balance on the ice, essential skills for figure skating, hockey, or recreational skating. The class is open to walk-ons only, costs $15 payable at the door, and typically welcomes 15 to 25 skaters each week. Join us to sharpen your skating fundamentals in a supportive, focused environment!

Minimum Levels: Freeskate 1 and above
Ice dancing, rooted in ballroom dance, features compulsory pattern dances like the waltz, tango, cha cha, foxtrot, and swing, along with favorites like the two-step and blues. Our Thursday Night Dance Session is designed as a Program Dance Session, focusing on these essential dances. Ice dancing can be enjoyed solo or with a partner, allowing participants to skate for leisure or take part in testing and competitions, whether individually or as a duo.
Join us every Thursday night* from 6:50 to 8:00 PM for our Ice Dance Session, open to all ages! Enjoy dances from Preliminary to Gold levels, plus International Dances. Beginners can attend a class from 7:00 to 7:30 PM to where they can learn foundational moves, edges, and introductory dances.
Fee: $18 per session
Minimum Levels: Kids Class – Freeskate 1 (or equivalent); Adult Class – Adults are invited to reach out for more information if they have any questions about their basic skill level.

Elevate your skating, build friendships, and experience teamwork on ice! This exciting discipline is designed for skaters in levels Pre-Free Skate through Free Skate 4 and taught by Alison Wade, a seasoned instructor with 30 years of Synchro experience.
In Synchro, skaters work together as a team, interpreting music through synchronized steps and choreographic elements.
